General policies

  • Anthology Garden reserves the right to refuse service.

  • Fresh flowers are a perishable product; no returns will be accepted. Once flowers are out of my hands, it is the customer/recipient’s responsibility to take care of them to ensure the best possible vase life. Instructions for taking optimal care of fresh flowers will be available.

  • All arrangements and bunches are subject to availability. Organic seasonal flower farming comes with many natural variables such as weather, pest damage, and more that can affect expected crops. The customer is welcome, and encouraged, to contact Anthology with any specific requests at any time, with the understanding that offerings will ebb and flow naturally with the seasons and the elements.

Subscription/CSA policies

  • Monthly mixed bouquet subscriptions this summer must be purchased in full before the first bouquet delivery of that month. If you missed the cutoff for July, please sign up for August!

  • Because of the planning and preparation that goes into subscription bouquets, I cannot issue refunds for missed weeks or no-shows. I can prorate your subscription payment if you inform me exactly when you’ll be gone before you make your purchase. Or, sign up for the full month anyway, and gift your flowers by having a friend or family member pick up your bouquet that week to enjoy for themselves :)

One-time purchase policies

  • Advance notice is crucial to ensure that you are receiving high-quality, beautiful stems in the varieties and quantities you want. Anthology is a small-scale farm with limited seasonal stock that changes weekly. Last-minute orders are, as a result, not always accepted.

  • Anthology requires at least three business days advance notice for a la carte purchases, preferably more. If you need bundles of flowers within three days, you are still welcome and encouraged to reach out for availability, with the understanding that plans for weekend stock will already be underway and stems will not be guaranteed.

  • To get custom arrangements for small events, seven days advance notice is required at the bare minimum. As much notice as possible is ideal.

  • Single bouquets may be ready as soon as the following day, but again, ordering in advance is best for you and best for the farm.
